Tax Information

Tax notices are mailed on December 1st  and are due by January 31st. The delinquent date is February 1st and will begin to accrue interest at 10% per annum, assessed daily and collected when paid. If bills are not paid as of March 31st, a $25.00 Collection Fee will be added and delinquent bills will be mailed out the first week of April. Make all checks payable to "Chepachet Fire District". Refer to the back of your bill for multiple convenient ways you can make your payment. Failure to receive a tax bill will not excuse non payment of or any related interest/penalty.
